I got a Star Map Necklace for my sister's graduation. The website was easy to use to pick the date and location. It came in a cute little gift box too. It can vary a bit cause they're making it custom. I'd say plan for at least 10-14 days. If you're really cutting it close, maybe shoot them an email to see if they can rush it, but don't count on it around the holidays.

They're both good for personalized stuff. Customcuff tends to lean a bit more minimalist and maybe a touch more affordable depending on the item. Made by Mary often has slightly more unique font choices or maybe some more intricate designs. Quality-wise, they're both solid for the price point, but if you want something super delicate, MBM might edge them out, whereas Customcuff can feel a bit sturdier.

Yeah, most places won't take back custom items unless they made a mistake or it's defective. My understanding is Customcuff is the same on that. You can return non-custom stuff for sure, but anything engraved or personalized is probably a no-go unless it arrived damaged.

It really depends on the material you pick. Sterling silver will tarnish over time, that's just how silver is, but you can clean it. Gold vermeil is a thicker gold plating than regular plated stuff, so it holds up better than cheap jewelry, but it's not solid gold. For the price, I think the quality is pretty solid, but it's not fine jewelry you'll pass down generations.
